AO Smith's Residential Certification consists of 15 modules and a final exam that "prepares contractors to install, troubleshoot, and repair our common residential products."
Training objectives include implementing best practices for installing residential water heaters, quickly diagnosing common issues related to residential water heaters, and reducing customer callbacks.
