We use pre-determined FLAT RATE pricing for ALL of our services listed above - as well as some additional plumbing services that AREN'T currently listed. It doesn't matter if a job takes 3 minutes or 3 hours - what you see is what you'll pay!

We have presented these services à la carte - meaning you pay for each individually. But, you will only pay for the trip charge once per visit.

Sometimes, however, things don't go as planned - or, we need to think outside the box a little. That's why all prices say "Starting At." Code modifications, change orders, special orders, and customer requested upgrades usually add to the price. We will have that conversation together and as necessary.

Whenever we are unable to provide a quote up front, we will charge time+materials starting at $199/hr.

And, of course, ALL prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE without notice.
